An OpenVPN endpoint with a split-tunnel user: only the VPC's CIDR is routed over the VPN, the rest of the user's traffic goes out normally. The final call reads the user's .ovpn profile (from status.config) and saves it to a local file. Reuses client and folder_id / subnet_id from the Networking example.
